I have recently found a new author that I really like, Amy Krouse Rosenthal.  Currently I have several of her books that I am enjoying with my 3 year old.  Not only does my 3 year old like the books but all 6 of my kids like them.  Typically I go to the library and stock up on books and when I bring them home my crew reads them while eating breakfast or some other meal.  Then they report to me the which books they liked and which books were weird.
