I recently picked up a set of Bob Books for my 4 year old.  I was excited to see how she would respond to this cute little book set.  We have the Bob Books Sight Words for First Grade set.  These books were perfect to get her reading on her own without needing any help.  She would sit down and read all 10 books to herself without stumbling.  This is exactly why I bought these.  The only downfall is that she quickly graduated from these easy books to more advanced reading.  They did, however, serve their purpose.  It was a worthwhile investment and my sweet Gabriella is definitely a reading enthusiast.  She always grabs a stack of books to read in the car when we have to go out.  She spends time everyday reading to herself and being read to.  She has learned so much from reading and being read to.  You can see her reading a few Bob Books in the video clip below.  Gabriella began learning to read with the MonkiSee Reading Program.  We are so pleased with her progress.  She can read and she loves to read.
