I love reading to my son. We have been reading to him since shortly after he was born. AND it has paid off! He was able to identify all capital and lower case letters as well as the letter sounds by 2 years old. He is now learning to read phonetically as well as reading sight words. So much fun!

I also recommend www.paperbackswap.com I personally use my local library circle to find the books I want. I do also buy books from garage sales but you really have to know what your looking for.
